I called this company thinking I was getting Quicken Support and did not find out until the next day that they were NOT Quicken Support.They ran a scan on my computer and tried to convince me that I had bad data in my quicken which was why I was not able to use Online Quicken Backup.
They wanted to charge me $199 for one time tech support or $299 for a full year of tech support to fix my problem. I did not accept their offer.
I did my own research and determined that it was my actual Online Backup Account with Quicken that was the problem, I canceled that account, and opened a new one.My problem was fixed at no cost to me saving me $200-$300 dollars.
